Zen Qi is a practice that combines stretching and Tai Chi-gong movements. The focus is to develop integrity in the body, gain flexibility of mind, to establish overall balance for cultivating peace and an inner centre.

Ella T

An accident found Ella immobilised in a wheelchair for over a year, but with a strong mindset along and with consistent healing yoga practice Ella fully rehabilitated her body mind and soul. The journey made her stronger and more reflective as she connected deeply with the underlying philosophy of yoga. Ella’s devoted study of Wudang with her master has led to advance in both in Yoga & Tai Chi. She is the founder of Zen Qi, a practice in combining Yoga’s stretching and alignment with the strengthening, flexibility, balance, core, and movement focus of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
