All are warmly welcome to join women from Hong Kong’s asylum seeker and refugee community as they open their kitchens and hearts to share home made deserts from their countries. Recipes passed on from their grand mothers, mothers and fathers, and friends are carried with them as they continue their search for a better life, free from war and persecution. We will gather Saturday afternoon by the mandala to celebrate these inspiring women and to share their hopes and amplify their prayers for a brighter future.
