Stella loved Chinese literature since her young age and dreamed to be a writer. Life gave her a surprise during her exchange program to Switzerland. She learnt soapstone crafting from Axel Zwahlen, a Soapstone sculptor in Switzerland, and started building her dream after she graduated and began her career as a language teacher in 2015.

Later on, she learnt Chinese tea tasting and tried to merge the essence of Chinese literature and tea culture in her work.

Soapstone is the softest mineral on earth. Touched by its subtle texture and realised it is the most gentle gift from the earth helping people connect with the Mother Nature, she shares her thoughts throughout her work, workshops and tea ceremonies.

She was recently selected as “The 100 brand in HK” by Pinkoi. Aside from HK, She was invited to participate in Ontario150, celebrating Canada’s national day with her work in 2017. And her work is now ready to be introduced to LANDMARK Beijing.
